Patient Command Center

Your home for navigating care over time — not just a single visit.

This is a local-dev skeleton, not a production patient portal. There is no production authentication on this page; the anonymous local-dev overview uses a shared placeholder actor unless you sign in. Future views here will project slices of the unified Care Graph — typed in @sante1/types as CareGraphProjection.

Demo only — not for real patient care

Sante1 is the healthcare journey coordination layer — not a symptom checker, chatbot, booking marketplace, or EMR. The Patient Command Center will become the home surface over the Care Graph (CareGraphProjectionType in @sante1/types): episodes, workflows, care team, passport, timeline, and routing explainability as connected views. See docs/architecture/care-graph.md in the repo.

One model, many connected views

This panel loads GET /v1/local-dev/care-graph/patient-command-center. The Patient Command Center is a projection of the Care Graph — the same longitudinal model behind Care Episodes, Emergency Passport, My Care Team, and Care Navigation. Only safe coordination metadata is shown — no intake payloads, triage results, or PHI.

Each CareEpisode is a durable container for a health need — not a disposable session. A production view will show active and past navigation journeys with outcomes and related events. This local-dev panel only shows safe metadata (status, phase, type, timestamps).
